Q: I am not happy with the system I currently have through another company. Can I switch over to SecureNet?

A: Yes, however, if you have an existing monitoring agreement with another company, you must complete the initial terms of agreement. Many companies have an automatic continuation clause, which allows for your initial agreement to be extended for one or more years. Please review your agreement and then contact us 30 to 45 days prior to the end of the initial term of that agreement. We will send a qualified SecureNet Representative to your home to evaluate your system. Our representative will help determine your security needs, make recommendations, and discuss the necessary steps to bring you on board as a valued SecureNet customer.

Relocation Guarantee: If you move from your current residence anytime after purchasing a SecureNet residential security system, we will install a new standard system at no charge. (Some restrictions may apply.)
Certificate of Installation: If you purchase an alarm system for your home or business, you may qualify for a discount of up to 20% off your insurance premiums.


Q: Why should I have a monitored burglar or fire alarm system?

A: If your alarm were to go off at anytime during the day or night- who will be around or go out of their way to call the appropriate response agency? When your security system is monitored by SecureNet, our 24-Hour Monitoring Center will notify the local authorities when our operators receive an alarm condition signal. The appropriate response agency will then be dispatched to your home or business to help protect your possessions and ensure your safety.
